My final cake for Course 1

I think it turned out pretty good! The only thing I don't like is the blue bow, but it was good practice doing a bow. Now who wants to do another course with me?!

It's lovely! For some reason I had the urge with that last lovely cake to smash it in someones face, isn't that strange? I want to do the fondant and gum paste class, I'm not quite sure I'm up for an every thurs night thing with so much preparation just yet though :)

I am so in.

If I lived closer and had taken course one.

I LOVE making cakes. It's kinda my thing on my kids' birthdays.

They look nothing like yours though....but hey. My kids are always happy.

Do a little backtracking on my blog. Our b-days are Jan, July, December and August.

I am VERY impressed. :) Good job, YOU!

Love it!!!! I want you to make my B-day cake next year!!! I think our GNO will have to be after Easter. A lot of people are going out of town. Sorry. What are you doing the next two weeks? Are you leaving town too?
